Women between 35 – 65.

Can you tell us more about Anna Winters?  Who is she?

Anna is in her mid-30s and British.  She is a London based wedding planner for a hotel chain but currently doing a tour of islands where the chain has hotels and performing wedding planning services for the rich and famous.

For those of us who are unfamiliar with the term “Cozy Mystery” what does it mean?

A cozy mystery is a mystery novel without the graphic sex or violence that one might expect from some mysteries.

There is certainly a lot going on in a hotel murder scene but what is your favourite scene in “Murder in Bermuda”?

My favorite scene is at the end when Anna realizes that she has been looking at this the wrong way and finds out who the intended murder victim really was. From there, she is able to solve the murder.

I am a mother and a grandmother.  I am an avid gardener and host Murder Mystery weekends.  I currently live in Cambridge, England.

I have written a novella called “Murder in the Inn” which has a very different setting to the stories in the Murder in Paradise series but is also a whodunit.

What will you be working on next, will you be writing the next instalment in the Murder in Paradise series?

I am currently working on a new series of novels featuring an elderly amateur sleuth called Diana Dimbleby who solves murders in an around her home town in the English countryside.

Where do you get your inspiration for these stories?

A lot of the inspiration comes from real life experiences, especially with regards to the setting of my stories.  The murder details are inspired by decades of reading murder mysteries and from real life news stories.
